Recently, we made the short journey to a new office space, which was met with excitement by everyone at BFY. We also knew that some TLC was needed to make it feel like home.
We wanted to create an inspiring space for ideas and collaboration. Somewhere that represented who we are, where we can continue to deliver exceptional work for our clients.
After many tough decisions between styles and shades, we agreed on a concept and embarked on a refurb project throughout January.
With the team helpfully opting to work at home during this period, it was the perfect time to roll out our annual walking challenge. While we split into virtual teams and challenged each other to walk an extra mile or two, our office was undergoing a major transformation.
Finishing touches were applied as we entered February, before the office was re-opened to the team on Monday 6th for our Quarterly Business Review. This also coincided with our monthly social, just to add to the occasion.
As you can see below, we’ve created a truly unique workplace that has exceeded our expectations. It feels like home, and the feedback from our team has been amazing too.
We would like to say a huge thank you to Claire Auston Interiors for delivering this project, and doing a fantastic job of bringing our ideas to life.
Here are some of our favourite working spaces in the new office, and how we’ll use them.
Thinking Space
Where we share project playbacks and seek the feedback that helps us to deliver exceptional results for clients.
'Two-Door' Room
Where we lead hands-on workshops and generate new ideas. This room also has two doors, which you've probably already guessed
The Snug
Where we meet with our Performance Coaches for one-to-one sessions, or for some quiet space on a Teams call.
Open Area
Our space for hot desking and catching up with the rest of the team between meetings and workshops.
