Andrew is our Financial Controller, who business partners our teams, driving value and maintaining controls to enable exceptional client work, sustainable profit, and the generation of free cashflow.

Andrew holds a 1^st Class Honours degree in Business Studies and is a CIMA qualified accountant, who over the last 12 years has had a progressive commercial finance career, successfully partnering with leaders and global teams across the UK, Greece, India, and Romania.

Over a range of industries spanning consumer electronics, telecommunications and brewing, Andrew has led the transformation of financial strategies. This includes delivering quantifiable financial savings, streamlining controls to create efficiencies, and leading the implementation of a Pan European Rebates Project.

Prior to joining BFY, Andrew was instrumental in turning around a team of offshore analysts in Romania, directly leading to efficiencies and improvements in communication, reporting, and analysis.
