Arek is an operational continuous improvement leader, with over 12 years' experience delivering customer-focussed, sustainable solutions across Energy and Water.

Arek's recent work with BFY includes delivering the Limitless Leadership Development programme, in partnership with E.ON Next, which was recognised as Best Training Programme at the Northern Contact Centre Awards 2024.

His most recent role before joining BFY was Continuous Improvement Specialist in Northumbrian Water, leading on improvements delivery across Planning functions, Complaints and Smart Metering.
