Carl is a Senior Consultant at BFY, helping clients to implement sustainable change by building a deep understanding of the value streams, and targeting the root causes of problems for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Carl's recent work with BFY includes delivering the Limitless Leadership Development programme, in partnership with E.ON Next, which was recognised as Best Training Programme at the Northern Contact Centre Awards 2024.

Carl has over 13 years' experience working in the Energy industry, working on both large and small-scale business transformations, IT and data migration programmes, and delivering continuous improvement initiatives across customer services.

Carl has over 4 years' experience working in Finance, Policing and various LRGs (local and regional governments) to deliver direct cost saving benefits through advanced technology.

In his most recent role, Carl oversaw a large-scale data migration project. This included consulting with the client to consolidate several sources of customer data into a single source of truth, while protecting the data integrity throughout.
