As a Consultant, Charlotte helps our clients focus on their operational improvement strategy, and implement robust processes to enable informed decision making.

Prior to joining BFY Group, Charlotte worked within the Strategy and Transactions team at EY-Parthenon, where she was involved in various projects, including short and medium-term cashflow forecast reviews, and formal administration cases.

These roles focussed on stakeholder engagement and cash management, to support businesses experiencing varying levels of financial distress. Charlotte’s experience also covers contingency planning, transaction diligence, and people advisory projects.

Some of Charlotte's previous work includes:

• An eight-month project with the Home Office Asylum Transformation Team, to reduce the reliance on hotels as accommodation for asylum seekers across the UK and its associated cost. This advisory work led to Full Dispersal - a fundamental change in the way that asylum seekers are accommodated across local authorities in the UK, and the funding packages provided to support the associated services
• Trading an automotive business in administration, which involved communicating with key customers, suppliers and employees to facilitate trading whilst managing sales and cash. This led to a successful sale of the business after five months
• A cashflow forecast review of a technology distribution company looking to increase their invoice financing facility
• A people advisory discovery project for the Department of Work and Pensions, to scope requirements for their ‘Transforming through our people’ journey
