Hannah has 25 years’ experience in energy retail, holding a variety of P&L leadership roles at E.ON and British Gas Business, covering sales, commercial, customer ops and field-based engineer teams​.

Hannah specialises in leading complex and strategic transformation programmes, with a focus on enhancing commercial outcomes.

Hannah's achievements include:

  • Spearheading the launch of E.ON Drive into the UK market – overseeing the installation, maintenance, and provision of charging solutions for end users through B2B customers and public charging infrastructure, including the delivery of E.ON's first Ultra-Fast Charging stations in the UK.
  • Leading the transformation of SME sales team culture and performance, resulting in achieving the No. 1 market share position. This involved embedding a value-based strategy, introducing customer-focused segmentation, implementing sales tools, and reducing customer acquisition costs.
  • Design Lead for a major B2B re-platforming programme and operating model transformation, coordinating cross-business inputs, strategic decision-making, and planning around design, delivery, and readiness activities.
  • Leading the strategic review and transformation of a B2B TPI channel, implementing a redesign of organisational roles, processes, and performance management to drive significant improvements in both customer and commercial outcomes, alongside launching solution sales initiatives.
