Holly has over 7 years’ experience in energy retail, having held a variety of roles across billing, settlements, metering, and smart.
Prior to joining BFY, Holly was on the leadership team for a B2B gas supplier where she led the development of their electricity offering, and oversaw their journey through Elexon’s controlled market entry process.
Before this, Holly led their Smart implementation programme, taking the supplier through the DCC’s approved user audit process.
At BFY, Holly supports clients with large-scale business transformation programmes, delivering significant bottom line improvements through back-office optimisation.
Holly's recent work with BFY includes delivering the Limitless Leadership Development programme, in partnership with E.ON Next, which was recognised as Best Training Programme at the Northern Contact Centre Awards 2024.
Holly is also a qualified Agile Change Agent and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Leeds.
