As a Senior Consultant at BFY Group, Julia helps clients to deliver commercial value and optimise their planning and performance management processes.

Julia has over 24 years’ experience in Utilities across the energy and water industry, with expertise in commercial, forecasting and planning, analytics, performance management, and stakeholder management.  

Julia spent 22 years at E.ON in a number of commercially focussed roles, including leading integrated planning processes, pricing, developing the smart metering roll out strategy, and business case development to drive commercial outcomes.  

Most recently, Julia was Forecasting and Planning Lead at Severn Trent Water.  

Key achievements:

• Led the integrated customer planning process for over 7 million accounts, forecasting the impact of sales, renewal and retention activities, while ensuring business plans met company targets and were aligned across all functions
• Drove commercial outcomes through the development of robust business cases, understanding the impacts on customers and profitability
• Played a lead role in responding to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), preparing responses and analysing qualitative and quantitative information
