Kev leads continuous improvement and lean transformation projects with our clients, supporting customer operations to deliver our Leadership and People Excellence programme.

Kev helps clients deliver transformational change through complex environments to reduce costs and maximise revenue. Kev has a track record of tackling complex problems in complaints, energy services, debt, smart metering, back office and renewable energy both on and offshore where immediate and sustained results are required.

Kev's recent work includes leading the delivery of the Limitless Leadership Development programme, in partnership with E.ON Next, which was recognised as Best Training Programme at the Northern Contact Centre Awards 2024. 

Previously, Kev has helped a major energy retailer to achieve its external complaints positional goals, by delivering an end to end complaint journey transformation. Kev also delivered a back office migration across billing and metering, optimising opportunities to reduce demand and accelerate transition.

Kev held roles in operations, continuous improvement and transformational change within the energy industry for over 14 years before joining BFY. Most recently, he was Senior Continuous Improvement Manager at npower.
