Kev leads continuous improvement and lean transformation projects, helping clients enhance customer operations and deliver our Leadership and People Excellence programme.

With a proven track record in driving transformational change, Kev has successfully tackled complex challenges across complaints, energy services, debt, smart metering, back-office operations, and renewable energy - both onshore and offshore - delivering immediate and sustainable results.

Recent achievements include leading the delivery of the Limitless Leadership Development Programme in partnership with E.ON Next, which was recognised as Best Training Programme at the Northern Contact Centre Awards 2024.

In 2025, Kev was named Transformational Leader of the Year at the East Midlands Leadership Awards, recognising his pivotal role in delivering our Leadership Excellence programme to over 350 leaders at E.ON Next.

Previously, Kev played a key role in helping a major energy retailer achieve its external complaints targets by leading an end-to-end complaint journey transformation. He also successfully delivered a back-office migration across billing and metering, optimising demand reduction and accelerating transition.

With over 14 years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, and transformational change within the energy sector, Kev joined BFY from npower, where he was Senior Continuous Improvement Manager.
