As a Senior Consultant at BFY, Louise helps our clients to achieve Operational Excellence, through performance management tools, and tailored coaching to enhance existing skills. Louise also specialises in driving continuous improvement through sales and retention performance, and process efficiency

In previous roles, Louise has managed market-leading sales and retention teams across B2B and B2C, delivering exceptional performance in an unpredictable energy market. Louise has also designed and implemented Talent Pools to identify new potential leaders, encouraging growth and development to create a highly effective culture.

Louise's recent work with BFY includes delivering the Limitless Leadership Development programme, in partnership with E.ON Next, which was recognised as Best Training Programme at the Northern Contact Centre Awards 2024.

Louise has 18 years’ experience in the energy industry, spending six years in senior leadership positions. Louise’s career started at npower within the Debt Collections team, before progressing to their Training function. Her passion for leadership was later discovered, when leading npower’s Sales and Homemove function for five years. Most recently, Louise was Sales Manager for Total Energies.
