Matt has 15 years' experience within Utilities, covering both the B2C and B2B Energy sectors. In previous roles, Matt has implemented industry leading end-to-end collections pathways, helping to improve bad debt performance, and enhance cash collection.

Before joining BFY, Matt was Vendor Manager at SEFE Energy, specialising in managing debt with external parties and debt pathways. Matt was also Outsource Operations Manager at EON, focussing on front office operations, across multiple workstreams and locations.
